When does the 48-hour delivery start?
The 48 hours start after you confirm the website scope and all business materials and required access are ready. We record the start and delivery times with you. A preview we prepare before you buy helps you assess the direction; it does not start the delivery clock or commit you to a project. Additional custom work is scoped separately.
How much does a small business website cost in Singapore?
Our current independent website offer is S$690 one-time, with source code delivered to your own server; their charges are separate. Managed delivery is S$568 for the first year, then S$168/year from year two, with website creation and one content update per month. Both cover up to five responsive pages and one consolidated revision. Booking, ecommerce and other custom features are quoted separately.
Which website package fits my budget and business?
Choose independent delivery if you want the source code and can arrange your own hosting. Choose managed delivery if you want Krawdex to handle the hosting, with annual renewal from year two. A showcase website suits service explanations, project examples and enquiries. Online checkout, live availability or member accounts need a custom scope.
Can customers keep enquiring through WhatsApp?
Yes. The website can explain your services, show work and answer common questions before visitors use a WhatsApp enquiry link. Your team can continue handling the conversation in WhatsApp; a new booking or management system is not required for a showcase website.
Can you make an English and Chinese website?
Yes. A second language is an add-on to the website package. Provide the approved content for both languages and confirm the pages to translate; the second-language fee and other additions are listed in the exclusions above.
What should a small business website include?
Use the agreed pages to introduce your business, explain services and show relevant work. An enquiry action gives visitors a clear next step.
Who owns the source code and hosting?
This package is deployed to your server and you receive the finished source code; server charges are separate. Choose managed hosting if you want Krawdex to manage the hosting.
How many pages and revisions are included?
The package covers up to five responsive pages and one consolidated revision. Extra languages, pages, revision rounds and custom features are separately charged; booking, payments or member accounts belong under custom website features.
Can I send the content I already have?
Yes. Send your business introduction, service list and authorised photographs, even if they are not a finished website draft. We organise and polish them; you confirm the business facts before launch.
Who owns the domain, and what costs extra?
Your domain is registered in your name, in an account you control. Connecting one domain is included. Domain registration, renewal and business email are paid separately. You can keep an existing domain.
How do small updates work after launch?
Managed plans include one content update per month during the active term: send one consolidated list of changes to existing text, prices, hours or photographs. We confirm timing before starting. Extra updates and independent-delivery updates receive a separate fixed quote. New pages, redesigns and features need a separate scope.
What if something stops working?
For 30 days after acceptance, we fix faults in our work that do not match the agreed scope at no charge. During active Krawdex hosting, contact Kai for site or HTTPS outages: troubleshooting and recovery of our deployment and configuration are included. We coordinate provider incidents but cannot guarantee their recovery time or offer 24-hour cover. With independent delivery, you manage the server after handover.
Can I leave Krawdex hosting later?
Yes. If you do not renew, hosting ends after the paid term. You keep your domain and supplied materials; request a copy of your supplied text and images before expiry. Hosted delivery excludes source code. If you want the source or help moving, we agree the handover, one-time quote and timing first; buying a whole new website is not an automatic requirement. Independent delivery already includes the source.
