Special or premium domains, content edits, redesigns, new pages and new features are not included. Footer credit removal is S$20 one-time. A domain registered by Krawdex remains a Krawdex asset and is not automatically transferred when the subscription ends.

How is the first-year website fee different from renewal?
The first-year package covers making the agreed website, its hosting and one standard domain. The annual renewal shown above starts in the second year and covers continued hosting and the included domain; new content, pages and features are quoted separately.
Does basic SEO guarantee visitors or a Google ranking?
No. Page titles, descriptions, a clear page structure and crawlable pages help search engines understand the website. Indexing, ranking, search clicks and customer enquiries are separate outcomes and must be checked using actual search and enquiry data.
Does the package include hosting and a domain?
The package combines a business website with Krawdex-managed hosting, HTTPS and one standard independent domain while the package is active.
What happens at renewal or cancellation?
The first year and subsequent annual fees are shown above. A domain registered by Krawdex remains a Krawdex asset and does not automatically transfer when the subscription ends.
Are website changes included in hosting?
Content edits, redesigns, new pages and new features are outside this package. Choose independent delivery if you need the website deployed to your own server and domain.
