Corporate events, seen with a human eye. The big moments. The in-between. Everything that makes it yours. Full-day coverage from S$3,400, with the day rate, the licence and the delivery window on one quotation.
Up to 5 hours · one photographer · around 180 edited frames
Candid connections, genuine expressions and the moments between the schedule — the half of the day no agenda accounts for.

A reception brief balances atmosphere, hosts, guests and key interactions. We agree the essential people and the uses of the images beforehand, then leave room for what was not planned.
CONFERENCE / STAGE / STORY
More than a speaker on stage.
Full day · two photographers · around 350 edited frames
Context, reaction and the detail that gives an event its character, built around the run sheet rather than the room.
Explore the coverage story ↗
We work from the run sheet: wide context, clear speaker frames, audience reaction and supporting detail. Two photographers means the stage and the floor are covered at the same moment, and the second angle is on the quotation from the start.
AWARDS NIGHT / DINNER / GALA
The evening that gets announced.
Up to 3 hours · one photographer · around 80 edited frames
Winners, tables and the room at its warmest — an image set made to be sent out the next morning.

An awards evening is short and fixed: the winners are known in advance, so the list is agreed before the night and the award moment is never missed. Next-day delivery is priced on the quotation before the event.
From the event to what comes next
ONE DAY. MANY AFTERLIVES.
Event photography
A considered image set for recaps, internal communication, press and the next announcement.
Coverage / Selection / Edited delivery
Highlight films
A short-form edit that carries the energy of the room into the feed, the recap and the presentation.
Capture / Edit / Agreed formats
Session recording
A dedicated recording scope for talks and panels, with audio, camera position and delivery agreed in advance.
Website banners, presentation decks and press recaps need context and room for a headline, so the wide frame is composed with quiet space on one side of the subject.
THE FEED
A closer connection.
People, expressions and detail composed with vertical crops in mind — the frame is made to survive a 4:5 cut without losing the moment it is about.
THE ARCHIVE
The complete occasion.
A curated edit that brings the agenda, the key people and the atmosphere back together, delivered as web-sized files, a print set and the crops your channels actually use.
The brief names the crops and the formats before the event, so the wide banner, the vertical post and the print set all come out of one coverage.
Corporate work is bought by the day, not by the frame. These are the bands a quotation is built from, and the four things that move the number.
Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Each figure is a coverage fee for the hours stated, inside Singapore, with selection, editing, a private gallery and the licence written on the quotation included. Weekday rates; a Sunday or a public holiday is quoted at the same band with a 10 per cent loading. A second photographer, next-day delivery, an extra edit round and travel outside Singapore are separate lines. Confirm current rates with the studio.

Four things move the number: how long the room actually runs, whether a second angle is needed on stage, the delivery window — next-day is a different crew schedule from three days — and what the images have to do afterwards, because a recap and a paid campaign are two different licences. Every one of them is named on the quotation before the date is held.
What holds the date: 30 per cent on booking, the balance on delivery, both figures shown on the quotation. A date is reserved when the deposit is received, not when it is checked. Travel outside Singapore, permits and venue access fees are listed as their own lines rather than folded into the fee.
Event work is judged by whether the images arrived when the room needed them.
What
How it works
Preview set
A same-evening selection where the brief needs images used in the room
Edited stills
Three working days after the event, as web-sized files and a print set
Crops
Vertical and square crops prepared for the formats you actually post in
Films
Ten working days for a highlight edit; a same-day teaser where it is agreed
Faster
Next-day or same-day delivery is quoted before the event, never after
A delivery window is part of the price. An event photographed on a Friday and presented on Monday is a different job from one delivered a fortnight later.
Rights, consent, limits
Who may use the images.
One corporate image set gets used in a recap, a press release and a paid campaign — three different permissions. The quotation states which one it covers, and the period and territory it runs for.
Internal and social use by the company that commissioned the work, for the stated period and territory
The agreed number of edited images, and the agreed formats and crops
The shoot brief and the shot list
Confidentiality on request, and credit as agreed
A named contact on the day, and the image library for twelve months
Quoted separately, or outside it
Paid media, billboards and out-of-home campaigns
A licence beyond the stated period or territory
Written consent from guests or speakers, where you need it in hand
Travel outside Singapore, permits and venue access fees
Extra edit rounds and additional crew
Music licensing for films
Copyright stays with the studio; the licence is what the client buys, and it is written down with dates in it. Where a sponsor, a partner or an exhibitor wants the images for their own promotion, that is a second licence and we price it before we shoot, not after.

Before the first frame
LET’S GET the brief right.
Can you cover photography and video on the same day?+
Yes, staffed as two scopes, because nobody can hold a stills camera and a video rig on the same moment. On a full day that is two photographers on stills and a separate operator on video, both on the quotation from the start rather than one added at the venue.
How soon do we get the images?+
Edited stills arrive three working days after the event, with vertical and square crops prepared in the same pass and a print set alongside the web-sized files. Next-day and same-evening delivery are priced before the event, never added afterwards — they move the crew schedule, which is why they carry their own line.
Can we use the images in our marketing?+
The quotation carries a licence period and a territory for the company that commissioned the work: internal use, your own website and your own social accounts, including crops of the delivered images. Paid media, out-of-home and use by a sponsor or partner are separate licences quoted as their own line, and re-use inside the stated licence is not invoiced again.
What if the programme overruns?+
Extra hours are added at the printed hourly rate with your agreement on the day, and noted on the run sheet. The crew and the equipment stay — nobody is left uncovered because a panel ran twenty minutes long.
Do you travel outside Singapore?+
Yes, and it is quoted as its own line before the date is held: flights, accommodation and any permit or venue access fee are named rather than absorbed, so no travel invoice arrives after the event. Regional work spanning two days is priced as two days, because the crew stays over.
