Where we collect
Collection runs across the areas listed at booking, on set days per area. We confirm the day and the two-hour window when you book, not on the morning itself.

What we take
Everyday laundry, washed, dried and folded. Suits, delicate fabrics and anything with a care label saying otherwise go to dry cleaning instead.
Ask about wash and fold ↗Per itemSuits, dresses, coats, curtains and bedding, solvent cleaned and pressed, with spots treated before cleaning where the fabric allows.

Ask about collection ↗Before you hand anything over
A laundry that promises everything is a laundry that will disappoint you. This is what we say at the counter, in writing.
Existing damage, missing buttons, weak seams, faded panels and any marks are recorded before cleaning, and the note comes back with your items.
If you have used a home stain remover, say so. The wrong chemical can set a stain permanently, and we clean differently if we know.
We will tell you honestly whether a mark is likely to come out before you pay. Some stains are permanent — ink, bleach damage, and anything heat-set by an iron or a dryer.
Highly beaded or sequinned evening wear, leather and suede, items with existing tears, and garments with unstable linings. We will refer you to a specialist rather than risk it.
Liability is limited, and the limit is a multiple of the cleaning charge, not the replacement value of the garment. For a valuable item, tell us at drop-off and we quote the declared-value rate before anything is cleaned.
Items left beyond 60 days are disposed of or donated after two written reminders. That is stated on your collection slip, not discovered later.
Reading the care label
Care labels are written for the garment, not for you. This is the plain version of the ones that cause the most arguments at the counter.
Dry clean only. The letter tells the cleaner which solvent; if you machine wash it anyway, the label told you.
Hand wash, cool. Expect colour to run on the first wash if it is a saturated dye.
Do not wash. Spot clean or dry clean only — this is common on structured jackets.
May be tumble dried. A cross through it means the heat will shrink or crack the fabric.
Low heat only. This is the label most often ignored, and scorching the surface is how most “stains” get permanently set.
The safest assumption is the gentlest treatment, or dry clean. Ask us before we touch it.
Collection and delivery
Collection runs across the areas listed at booking, on set days per area. We confirm the day and the two-hour window when you book, not on the morning itself.
A minimum order value applies per collection, because a pickup costs the same to run whether it carries two shirts or twenty. The figure is stated before booking.
Leave the bag with the concierge or a neighbour and tell us, or we return the next collection day at no extra charge. Nothing is left at a door in a shared corridor.
Cafés, salons and serviced apartments run on a fixed weekly schedule with one invoice a month and an agreed turnaround. Seasonal peaks are planned, not absorbed.
Three services, three counters
A price list published before you hand anything over, an inspection note on every order, and one written policy on what happens when something goes wrong.

Charged by weight · minimum order per collection · express the next day
Everyday laundry washed, dried and folded, weighed at the counter so the figure is agreed before anything goes into a machine, with the express surcharge named at the same time.
Suits, dresses, coats, beaded or sequinned evening wear, leather and suede, and anything whose care label says otherwise. Those go to dry cleaning or to a specialist, and the counter says so before the order is written rather than after the garment is in the machine.

Suits, coats, dresses, curtains and bedding · spots treated before cleaning
Solvent cleaned and pressed, with the inspection note — existing damage, missing buttons, weak seams, faded panels — written at drop-off and returned with the garment.
A beaded dress came in two days before a wedding: beads on a silk ground, sequins held with heat-set glue, and solvent cleaning would lift both. The counter declined the job, said why in one sentence, named two hand cleaners who take beaded couture, and offered a spot clean on the marked panel with no guarantee attached to it.

Set days per area · two-hour window · minimum order per pickup
Pickup and return in the areas we cover, with the day and the window confirmed when you book rather than on the morning itself, and nothing left at a shared-corridor door on the way back.
Cafés, salons and serviced apartments run on a fixed weekly schedule with one invoice a month and an agreed turnaround. Seasonal peaks are planned into the round rather than absorbed by the customer, and the minimum order value per pickup is the same for every account on that round.
Every item in these three lines is priced on the counter's own list: a per-kilogram rate for wash and fold, a per-item rate for dry cleaning, and a stated minimum per collection once a van is involved. Nothing is cleaned before you agree the price.

A clearer starting point
Pick the closest description. It starts the right conversation instead of a general enquiry.
Wash and fold is charged by weight. Turnaround is three working days, and a minimum order value applies per collection in every area we cover.
Ask about wash and foldSend a photo of the item and its care label before dropping it off, and we answer with what we would do, what could go wrong, and whether we are the right counter for it.
Ask about a garmentLinen, towels and uniforms on a fixed weekly schedule, with the volumes you expect in a peak week planned into the round and one invoice a month covering them.

“They told me at the counter that the mark would not come out, and did not charge me for trying. The note came back with the shirt.”
Dry cleaning, one item · sample story
Sample story. Not a real customer review. The practical questions
No, and a shop that guarantees it is overpromising. Heat-set stains, ink, bleach damage and dye transfer are often permanent. An honest assessment comes before cleaning, and where we say a mark may not come out, the attempt is not charged for.
The liability position is in writing at the counter, and the cap is a multiple of the cleaning charge rather than the garment’s value. For anything valuable, declare it at drop-off and we quote the declared-value rate before cleaning starts.
Collection covers the listed areas on set days, with a minimum order value per pickup. Both figures come with the booking confirmation, and if you are not home the bag goes with the concierge or a neighbour by arrangement.
Standard turnaround is three working days, with a next-day express service at a surcharge. Duvets, curtains and heavy items are cleaned off-site and take longer than three working days, and the counter says which of your items those are before the order is written.
Start a conversation
The item and its care label are enough to begin. Ask before you drop anything difficult off.
Concept only. Nothing is sent or booked.
