Three cleans, in full

What the work
actually takes.

Three jobs of the kind that fill the diary: the rooms, the hours and the state the place was in, written the way the scope behind them is agreed.

Illustrative bedroom after a move-in clean, plain white linen and a bare floor

Move-in clean · 3-room flat, 4 hours

Bathroom, two bedrooms and the floors, finished between the movers leaving and the first night in the flat.

Illustrative kitchen with cleaned worktops and clear surfaces

Weekly clean · 4-room flat, 3 hours

The same crew every week: kitchen and bathrooms in full, then floors and the touchpoints the household actually uses.

Illustrative bathroom in a vacated flat, tiles and glass wiped clear

Move-out clean · 4-room flat, 5 hours

An empty unit cleaned edge to edge for the next tenant, with the case for anything left behind written on the scope.

They show how a clean is scoped, timed and priced.

Who is coming

The same two
people, mostly.

A crew, not a marketplace
Cleaners are employees on our payroll, not contractors bid to the lowest offer the morning of the job. That is what makes the same people come back to the same home.
Continuity
Your visit is assigned to a named crew and stays with it. Where the assigned crew cannot attend, the replacement is named before the visit, not discovered at the door.
Vetting, as a list
Identity checked against the national identity document, references taken and followed up, criminal-record check where the law allows it, and the certificate of insurance on request. The same list goes into the booking confirmation.
Training standard
New cleaners work their first visits alongside a senior cleaner and are assessed on the scope list before they work a home alone. Products, dilution and surface-specific handling are trained, not assumed.
What is never sent
No cleaner arrives without a work order naming the address, the scope and the number to call. If someone knocks with none of those, they are not ours — call the number on the confirmation.

A clean you can picture

Room by room.
Nothing vague.

Explore a sample home-cleaning scope. Your final checklist is agreed before the visit.

Kitchen
  • Worktops & splashback
  • Sink, taps & accessible surfaces
  • Cabinet exteriors & floors

Discuss separately: appliance interiors, cupboard interiors and specialist residue.

Bathrooms
  • Basin, taps & mirror
  • Shower surfaces & toilet
  • Accessible floors & edges

Flag delicate stone, persistent staining and any damaged sealant before work.

Living & sleeping spaces
  • Accessible surfaces & furniture exteriors
  • Floors, skirtings & reachable corners
  • Agreed touchpoints & finishing check

High access, upholstery extraction and moving heavy furniture need their own scope.

Start with your rooms

What a clean costs

Size first.
Then the hours.

What a clean costs depends on how much there is to clean and how long since anyone did it properly. So the size comes first, then the hours.

Rates reviewed 18 September 2026.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Rates assume a home in ordinary condition; a first deep clean, post-renovation dust, upholstery and high access are quoted separately. Confirm current rates with the company.
Home or spaceWhat it takesFrom
1–2 room flat3 hours, one cleanerS$90
3 room flat4 hours, one or two cleanersS$130
4–5 room flat5 hours, two cleanersS$175
Condo or landed4–6 hours, two cleanersS$210
Office, after hoursCharged hourly, minimum 4 hoursS$34/hour

A clean is charged by the hour with a minimum block, never as a flat promise. If a home needs longer than the quote assumed, we say so before starting rather than rushing the rooms at the end.

On a rhythm, rather than one visit

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. The plan rate is the per-visit rate; it falls as the gap between visits gets shorter because travel and setup are shared across visits.
RhythmPer visitWhat it commits you to
One-offThe rate on the table aboveNothing: the visit is paid for on completion.
MonthlySlightly below the one-off rateNothing beyond the next visit.
FortnightlyBelow the monthly rateFour weeks of notice to stop.
WeeklyThe lowest per-visit rateFour weeks of notice to stop; visits can be skipped twice a year without losing the rate.

Pausing and stopping

The written scope

Room by room,
and what is not in it.

A clean is only as good as the list behind it, so your list is agreed before the visit rather than after.

Check a scope with us

In the clean

  • Labour for the agreed rooms
  • Equipment and supplies
  • Surfaces, floors, kitchen and bathrooms
  • The agreed touchpoints, at the agreed height
  • A supervisor check where two or more cleaners attend
  • A walk-through before the team leaves

Quoted separately, or outside it

  • Waste removal
  • Inside cupboards and wardrobes beyond the agreed list
  • Upholstery and mattress extraction
  • High access, balconies and exterior glass
  • Post-renovation dust left by a contractor
  • Deep stone, timber and specialist finishes

Missed an agreed area? Report it with photos within 72 hours of the visit. We return once, at no charge, within three days of receiving the report and photos.

Priced extras

The things a flat rate
quietly excludes.

Every one of these is a real job with a real duration. They are priced per item so you can decide which ones matter, rather than discovering them on the invoice.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Prices are per item for a unit in ordinary condition, added to the visit price and quoted before the visit starts. Heavy grease or long-standing build-up is quoted after inspection. Confirm current rates with the cleaner.

How a clean is booked

Four steps,
one list.

  1. Tell us the size

Rooms, bathrooms, and when it was last cleaned properly.

  2. A written scope

The rooms, the priorities and the hours, with anything excluded stated next to them.

  3. The visit

The same cleaners throughout, checking against the list as they go.

  4. Walk-through

You walk the rooms with us; anything missed is logged and done before we leave.

Start with the rooms

If it is not right

A rule,
not a slogan.

Report a missed area within 72 hours. We arrange one free return for work in the agreed scope.

Report in 72 hours
The window runs from the end of the visit. A claim after that is quoted as a new clean rather than a return visit.
Send photographs
Photographs of the areas in question, so the finding can be compared with our own dated record of the visit.
We return once
One free return visit for the named areas, completed within three days of receiving your report and photographs.
What it does not cover
Damage or staining that cleaning cannot remove, work undone by someone else after we left, and areas outside the agreed scope.
Who is covered
Every cleaner is an employee, referenced, and covered by public liability insurance; the cover and the vetting we run are stated in your booking confirmation, and the certificate is sent on request.

Client perspective

“Coming home felt different. Clear surfaces, the little corners done, and one less thing on my list.”

The practical details

A few things
before we clean.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Access and handover can be arranged in advance. Discuss keys, building registration and any areas that must stay undisturbed.

Are cleaning materials included?

Confirm supplies, equipment and any special product requirements when agreeing the service. Delicate stone, timber and coatings should be identified first.

Is everything included in a deep clean?

The written scope matters. Appliance interiors, high-access work, waste removal and specialist stain treatment should be discussed separately.

Where we clean

The address
decides first.

Send your postal code with the room count and photos. Central, north-east and east routes run daily; north and west visits use set days. We confirm the visit window and any separate trip charge before booking.
