LASH PORTRAIT

Good lash work should feel personal.

Your eyes.
Your everyday.
Your kind of definition.

Soft Focus is a lash studio built around the consultation: the look you love, the upkeep you want, and what suits your natural lashes.

The treatment menu

A subtle shift.

Each appointment starts with your lashes and your preferences.

Classic extensions ↗

Individual definition, a little length and a considered shape. For a look that can stay close to your everyday.

Soft volume ↗

A fuller texture with a tailored density. Discuss the balance between softness, shape and your natural lash condition.

Lash lift ↗

Work with your own lashes to create a lifted appearance. Suitability, preparation and aftercare are part of the consultation.

Refills & removal ↗

Keep the shape considered as your lashes grow, or arrange professional removal. Existing work is assessed first.

The lookbook

Look closer.

Three looks we build most often, and the upkeep each one asks for.

Natural lash definition and softly curled lashes, illustrative portrait

Barely there

Classic / Fine definition / A gentle curve

About this look ↗

One extension on one natural lash, mapped to follow your own eye line. The set you can wear to work on Monday without anyone naming it.

Three graduated lash extension fans on a cream pad with tweezers

Softer, fuller

Soft volume / Tailored density / Lighter fans

About this look ↗

Lighter handmade fans at a density we agree with you first, so the lash line reads fuller without weight. Most people settle between two and four lashes per fan.

Consultation / Comfort / Aftercare

Inside the appointment ↗

Ninety minutes with one therapist: shape and fullness agreed before the first extension, a patch test on file, and a short list of what to do — and not to do — in the first 24 hours.

definition is you?

A starting point for the consultation. Your natural lashes and suitability guide the final choice.

The price list

A set, and what
holds it.

Lash work is measured in hours on the day, and in the weeks between appointments. Both are stated here.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Prices assume natural lashes in good condition with nothing to remove; another salon’s set must be removed first, and a set with more volume takes longer than the same set lighter.
AppointmentTime and what it includesFrom
Consultation20 min · lash condition, mapping and an honest view of what suits youNo charge
Patch test10 min · a small amount of adhesive, at least 24 hours before a first setNo charge
Classic set90 min · one extension per natural lash, a soft everyday lineS$120
Soft volume120 min · lighter fans, more texture, tailored densityS$150
Volume set150 min · handmade fans for a fuller resultS$180
Infill, 2–3 weeks60 min · the shape back to the original mapS$65
Infill, 3–4 weeks90 min · more regrowth to rebuild, and a fuller refreshS$85
Removal30 min · by gel or cream, never by pullingS$40

Booked inside three weeks an infill is S$65; between three and four weeks it is S$85, because more lashes have grown out and more have to be rebuilt. Past four weeks we book a fresh set rather than charge for an infill that cannot hold.

Before and after

A patch test is
not optional.

Lash adhesive is the one part of this service with a real risk attached, so it is tested rather than assumed.

Ask us anything first

Before your appointment

  • A patch test at least 24 hours before a first set, every time — we do not skip it on the day
  • Arrive with clean lashes: no mascara, no oil, no lash lift or tint in the last 48 hours
  • Tell us about thyroid medication, alopecia, eczema, recent surgery or an eye infection
  • Contact lens wearers: bring your case and remove them for the appointment

Looking after them

  • Keep the lashes dry for the first 24 hours
  • No oil-based cleansers, serums or mascara on or near the lash line
  • Brush through daily with a clean spoolie and sleep on your back where you can
  • Book an infill at 2–3 weeks; skipping one costs more than the infill did

Booking terms

The small print,
in plain words.

ItemHow it works
Patch testRequired before a first set and arranged at least 24 hours ahead. It cannot be skipped on the day of the appointment
DepositsBridal, event and peak-weekend slots are held with a deposit, credited against the appointment
RepairsWithin 72 hours, replacing lashes that came away from a fault in the application is free. Natural lashes shed two to five a day, and that is not a fault
Another salon's setRemoved first and charged by time, because the previous adhesive decides how long that takes
LatenessMore than 15 minutes late may shorten the appointment; the price does not change

A S$20 deposit holds a bridal, event or peak-weekend slot and comes off the final price, free to move or cancel up to 48 hours ahead. A patch test at least 24 hours before a first set is not optional, and a reaction is a reason to stop rather than to continue.

Your first appointment

A little
reassurance.

I have never had extensions. Where do I start?

Start with the amount of definition you like and the time you want to spend on upkeep. A consultation helps you compare options without committing to a particular style first.

What if my eyes are sensitive?

Discuss any previous reactions and sensitivities with the practitioner before an appointment. Suitability and any testing requirements need their assessment.

Can I bring a reference photo?

Absolutely. Use it to explain the shape and fullness you like. The final look will depend on your natural lashes and eye shape.
