Do we come
to your address?

Coverage is asked before price, because a rate is useless if the van does not pass your road. Zones collect on fixed days, plans are priced per bag rather than per trip, and the missed-collection rule is stated here rather than buried in the terms.

Bag not outside before your window closes? The trip is charged at the S$8 fee below and the next slot is offered at no extra charge. It is the first rule here on purpose.

Your zone, and its day

We collect on set days per zone, listed in full in the enquiry section at the bottom of this page. Tell us the postcode with your enquiry: if it is outside the zones, we say so before you book, and we do not take an order we cannot run.

Your window, and what happens next

Two-hour windows from 09:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday, chosen when you book. The driver texts on the way, the bag is collected from your door or the concierge, and the return lands in the same window on the turnaround day. Leave it at the door if you will not be in, and tell us you have.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Plan figures are per bag, per month, on one collection a week in a covered zone, with the bag capacity stated in kilograms of dry laundry. Effective per-kilogram figures are the plan price divided by the bag capacity. Overage, household items, dry cleaning and express work are charged separately at the lines below. The pay-as-you-go rate assumes a 5 kg minimum per collection. Confirm current rates with the operator.

Express slots are limited per zone day and are offered as capacity allows. Confirm current rates with the operator.

Before it goes in the bag

What we check,
and what we
will not take.

A bag is convenient for you and opaque for us, which is why the check happens at the bag, in the same order every week.

Pockets and loose items

Pockets are checked for keys, coins, pens and cards before the bag is emptied, and anything found goes back in a marked envelope with the return. Ink, coins and lipstick cause most of the claims in this trade.

Existing damage

Split seams, thinning elbows, missing buttons, worn collars and faded panels are recorded with a photograph before washing. The record decides what is our damage and what was already there.

Stains, treated not promised

Oil, ink, sunscreen, rust and anything heat-set by an iron are treated where the fibre allows and reported back either way. No one in this trade can promise a stain out, and a page that does is selling a promise.

What we will not take

Wet or mouldy laundry, items with pest contamination, sharps or syringes in a bag, and heavily contaminated linen. All are returned unwashed and unbilled, with the reason written on the docket.

What goes to another route

Leather and suede, beaded or embellished evening wear, garments with unstable linings, rugs and curtains go to dry cleaning or to a specialist, priced per piece and quoted before anything is cleaned. They do not go through the bag.

Colour, delicates and new clothes

New, heavily dyed and delicate items are washed separately on the first run, and you are told when that changes the turnaround. A red shirt washed with white towels is a decision, not an accident.

Whose sock is it

Tagging, counting,
and what goes
missing.

The recurring worry in bag laundry is the single missing item. It is answered with a tag, a count and a stated claim window, not with a reassurance at the door.

One bag, one account

Every account gets its own numbered bag. Items are never mixed between households, which is the single control that prevents most of what goes wrong in this trade.

Household tagging

A heat-sealed label or a coloured tab per account, applied at the first wash and added to new garments free on any plan. For high-value or branded garments, tell us at collection and we note the item on the docket by name.

The count

Every bag is counted and listed by item type in and out, and the list comes back with the bag. If the list does not match the bag, say so the same day: it is the one claim in this trade that is easy to settle and hard to settle later.

Two claim clocks

A shortfall against the list must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Damage to an item must be raised within 48 hours of receiving it back. Both clocks start at the delivery scan, and both are written on the docket rather than only in the terms.

Compensation, capped and named

Liability is capped at a multiple of the charge for cleaning that item, taken with wear and age into account, not at what it cost to buy. For anything valuable, declare it at collection and the declared-value rate is applied before the bag goes out. The scale is written against a published textile-services fair-compensation guideline, and a copy of it goes out with the first collection slip.

Re-clean guarantee

An item that comes back still soiled is re-cleaned at no charge when it is reported within 24 hours of delivery. After that, a re-clean is a new order at the normal rate. Compensated items may be retained by us until the claim is closed, which we say now rather than later.

Reconciled monthly, not argued yearly

The count is reconciled against your account every month, not only when a bag goes missing: the running total, the items replaced and the items written off are reported together, so a slow leak shows up as a number instead of as a dispute at renewal. Where the write-off rate passes the rate stated in the plan, the round and the handling are reviewed with you before the next collection. A written-off item is retired rather than returned, which is why the compensation scale exists at all.

On the day, and after

What happens
in the week.

Turnaround, by service

Wash, dry and fold is 48 hours from collection, dry cleaning is 72 hours, and household items are 5 working days because they run on their own programme. Express is 24 hours where a slot is available.

The peak-season exception

In the last two weeks of December and the week before Chinese New Year, every turnaround moves out by one working day. That is stated here rather than delivered as an apology, and plan customers keep their slot priority.

Missed collection

If the bag is not out by the end of your window, the trip is charged at the S$8 fee and your next scheduled slot stands. Tell us before the window closes and the collection moves to the next slot at no charge. If we miss you, the re-trip is ours.

Leave-at-door and access

Leave the bag at the door, with the concierge or at a neighbour by arrangement, and mark it in the booking notes. We photograph the collection point on pickup, and nothing is left at a shared-corridor door on return without your instruction to leave it.

Express, and its limit

Express is S$12 per order and there are a limited number of slots per zone day, because the van is already running. When a slot cannot be offered, we say which day it can be done instead of taking the order and sliding.

Outside the zones

An address outside the listed zones is refused rather than quoted, unless it sits on a route we already run for a business account. Ask first, and you will get a straight answer rather than a booking that quietly does not arrive.

Lost or damaged

The policy is a document: a cap stated as a multiple of the cleaning charge, two separate claim clocks, and a re-clean guarantee with its own 24-hour window. The full wording sits in the questions section below.

Cancelling or pausing

Plans are monthly and can be paused for up to four weeks a year or cancelled with two weeks' notice, with nothing owed on the remaining weeks. The notice period and the pause rule are in writing in the plan terms, handed over before the first bag goes out.

What is on the file for this account ↗

Detergent, softener, no tumble dry, hangers or folded, and which bag belongs to which room — recorded once and applied without being repeated. Capacity is 10 kg of dry laundry; a heavier bag is charged at the plan's own per-kilogram rate for the excess rather than at the pay-as-you-go rate.

Short-let turnover sets

Four rooms · Tuesday and Friday changeover · 25 kg a week

Whole sets per bedroom collected on the changeover morning and returned before the next check-in where the zone day allows, with spare sets held so a late checkout is not a lost booking.

How a turnover morning is sequenced ↗

The bag is out before the window closes, the driver photographs the collection point on pickup, and the return lands in the same window on the turnaround day. Two spare sets sit on the plan so a back-to-back booking does not wait on the van, and anything needing its own programme is quoted per piece before it goes out.

Illustrative business linen: folded white towels and black salon capes stacked in a crate on a tiled floor
BUSINESS LINEN · GYMS, SALONS AND CLINICS · ONE MONTHLY INVOICE

Business and multi-site linen

Two to three collections a week · towels, gowns and capes · one invoice

Towels, gowns, capes and small linen on a two to three times a week collection, with anything needing its own wash programme priced per piece before the first collection.

More than one address on one account ↗

Pickups per month are set per site and one monthly invoice covers the account, with the count reconciled every month so a slow leak shows up as a number instead of a dispute at renewal. The coverage list by site comes with the first quote, before you commit to a plan.

Every account here starts with the postcode: the zone decides the day, the day decides the window, and the plan decides the bag. Nothing is collected before that is confirmed in writing, and a bag over its stated capacity is charged at the plan's own rate rather than at the walk-in rate.

Plan or pay as you go

The plan is cheaper.
Here is by how much.

Both columns are priced on the same work. The difference is the schedule, the priority and what you are committed to, and that is what this table is for.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. The comparison is per bag and per month on one collection a week in a covered zone, against pay-as-you-go at the rate in the plan table above, over 52 weeks. The annual saving column assumes a bag every week of the year, which is what a household or a small business usually sends. Pickup fee and minimum order are stated separately because they apply differently to each column. Confirm current rates with the operator.

Capacity, overage and the exception

Bag capacity

The capacity in the plan table is dry laundry in kilograms. A bag that is heavier is charged at the plan's own per-kilogram rate for the excess, which is the same rate you already pay — not the pay-as-you-go rate as a penalty.

Household items are different

Duvets, comforters, curtains, rugs and cushions cannot go through the bag programme and are quoted per piece. Putting one in a bag does not price it, and it will be removed and quoted before washing rather than charged after.

What you save, and what you do not

The saving is real on volume and scheduling, and it is not a discount on everything: ironing, dry cleaning and household items cost the same on a plan as without one. The working is on your own volumes rather than the headline percentage.

What moves your figure

Zone, collection frequency, bag size, how much of the load is dry cleaning or ironing, and whether your address sits on a route we already run. Each one is a line on the enquiry, not a surprise on the first invoice.

A subscriber's view

“The bag sat in the corridor on the wrong morning once. They charged the trip fee they had told me about on day one, moved the collection to the next slot at no charge, and said so in a text before I even asked.”

Before the first bag

What people ask
before they start.

Do you collect from my address?

Zones collect on set days and are listed in full in the enquiry section below. If your postcode is outside them, we say so before you book rather than taking the order and rescheduling. An address off the zones can still be served when it sits on a route we already run for a business account, and that is answered as a yes or a no, not as a maybe.

What if my bag is heavier than the plan?

A bag over its stated capacity is charged at the plan's own per-kilogram rate for the excess, which is the rate you already pay. Household items are the exception: duvets, comforters, curtains and rugs cannot go through the bag programme at all and are quoted per piece before washing, so nothing arrives as a charge you did not agree to.

What happens if an item is lost or damaged?

The policy is written, not implied. Compensation is capped at a multiple of the charge for cleaning that item, taken with wear and age into account rather than at what it cost to buy; the scale is written against a published textile-services fair-compensation guideline and we will show you which one on request. A shortfall against the docket list must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, damage within 48 hours of receiving the items back, and an item returned still soiled is re-cleaned free when reported inside 24 hours.

What if I am not in when the driver comes?

Leave the bag at the door, with the concierge or with a neighbour by arrangement, and mark it in the booking notes. The driver texts on the way and photographs the collection point. If the bag is not out before the window closes, the trip is charged at the stated fee and the next scheduled slot stands; tell us before the window closes and it moves at no charge. On return, nothing is left at a shared-corridor door without your instruction.

How long does it take, and what about December?

Wash, dry and fold is 48 hours from collection, dry cleaning 72 hours, and household items five working days. Express is 24 hours where a slot is available, at a stated price. In the last two weeks of December and the week before Chinese New Year every turnaround moves out by one working day; plan customers keep their slot priority through it, which is the practical difference between a plan and a one-off order.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans are monthly, cancellable with two weeks' notice and nothing owed on the remaining weeks, and a plan can be paused for up to four weeks a year. There is no joining fee and no exit fee. Both are in the plan terms you get before you start — a plan you cannot leave is not a plan, it is a subscription you are stuck with.

Start with the postcode

Tell us where,
and we'll price the bag.

Coverage comes first in this trade, so the first two answers we need are the address and the day. Everything else follows from those.
