Off-peak, monthly
One month at a time, entry inside the off-peak window only. The cheapest way to train regularly if the middle of the day is free for you.

Open gym & membership · Singapore
A membership here is a duration and an access window: the day pass, the joining fee, the freeze and the notice period are all on the rate card below, before you pay anything.
Book a tourWhich band you are in
The rate depends on two things you already know: how long you are committing for, and which hours you actually train. Find your band, then read the price row that matches it.
One month at a time, entry inside the off-peak window only. The cheapest way to train regularly if the middle of the day is free for you.
Every open hour, no window. The rate most members pay, and the one that survives a change of shift pattern.
The same access paid in advance at a lower monthly equivalent. No joining fee, and the twelve-month rate includes one freeze of up to four weeks.
Off-peak access at a reduced rate, with a valid ID shown once at the desk and re-checked when the ID expires. Not available with the anytime band or a pass.
No band and no commitment: one entry or seven days of entries, with the entry limit and the credit rule printed on the pass row.
An upgrade is immediate and charged pro rata on the days left. A downgrade is not a setting you switch: you give the notice on your current band, then rejoin at the lower one.
What the membership opens
Eight racks, six platforms with their own bars, plates, benches, cables and dumbbells to 60 kg. No class booking, no time slot, no coach assigned — you come in and train.
Ask about the floor ↗Anytime band · peak includedTwo turf strips, sleds, kettlebells, rowers and twelve cardio stations, plus the studio room whenever it is not timetabled for a class.
Ask about the anytime rate ↗Day and week passesA day pass is one entry of up to six hours at any open hour, and a week pass is seven consecutive days with one entry a day. Neither includes a tour, and neither is a membership.
Buy a pass at the desk ↗Day one has no ritual: entry is by the app or a pass code at the gate, lockers need your own padlock, and no induction is required or sold. Showers, changing rooms, filtered water and on-site parking; step-free entry and two accessible bays at the side door. Bring a towel and a padlock — those are the two things the desk does not lend.
Who is accountable
Someone is on the floor 07:00–21:00 on weekdays and 08:00–18:00 at weekends; outside those hours the gate is app-entry only and the duty number is posted at the door and inside the app.
The floor is run by Kembangan Fitness Pte Ltd, which carries public liability cover of S$1m, and the terms handed over at the desk are signed by the desk supervisor rather than left to a template.Memberships are paid to the gym’s own account, by transfer or card at the desk; passes are bought at the desk or in the app. No third party collects for us, and no one will ask you for a payment by message or by link.
Cards and PayNow are taken at the desk only. No membership is opened, and no payment is collected, through a message or a link.Rates, by duration and window
Find your row: a duration, a window and, where it applies, the band you qualify for. A headline monthly figure answers none of that, which is why the joining fee and the notice period are on the row too.
This month’s rate: the joining fee is waived on any membership signed before the end of the month, on top of the standing waivers below. That is a condition with a date on it rather than a countdown, and nothing else in the rate card is promotional. It is applied at the desk on the day you sign.
| Option | Basis | From |
|---|---|---|
| Day pass | One entry, up to six hours, any open hour · S$8 off the first month if you join within 14 days | S$18 |
| Week pass | Seven consecutive days · one entry a day | S$45 |
| Off-peak, monthly | Entry inside the off-peak window only · + S$30 joining fee · 30 days’ notice | S$59 a month |
| Anytime, monthly | Every open hour · + S$30 joining fee · 30 days’ notice | S$79 a month |
| Student and senior, off-peak | Valid ID shown at the desk · + S$30 joining fee · 30 days’ notice | S$45 a month |
| Six months, paid once | Off-peak S$330 or anytime S$450 · no joining fee · runs to its end date | from S$330 |
| Twelve months, paid once | Off-peak S$600 or anytime S$840 · no joining fee · one four-week freeze included | from S$600 |
The joining fee is a line on the first bill, so here is every way it comes off: waived if you sign on the day of a tour, waived on any six- or twelve-month rate, and waived if you rejoin the same day you leave a lower band. It is not waived on a day pass or a week pass, because neither is a membership. What moves the rate further: the window, the duration, whether you pay monthly or upfront, and the concession band.
The main points
An off-peak membership opens the window printed on its row. Staying past it is a top-up at the desk for that visit, recorded on your account. Repeating it is a conversation about moving to the anytime rate — we would rather move you than keep charging you.
Monthly rates freeze for S$12 a month, up to two months a year. The twelve-month rate includes one freeze of up to four weeks at no cost. Arrange it at the desk or on the duty number, and it holds the rate you joined on.
Monthly rates need thirty days’ notice, counted from the day you tell us and not from the next payment date. Upfront rates run to their end date and are not part-refundable. Do not cancel the payment itself to leave: a failed payment is a debt, not a cancellation, and it ends the access before it ends the commitment.
A membership is one person on one credential, with no shares and no guest entries except the two stated on the twelve-month rate. A pass is one entry per person, per day.
A change of rate or window is written to your account before the next payment, and the desk will tell you the amount. A failed payment stops the gate opening until it is cleared.
Any membership can be stopped inside the first seven days, at the desk, with only the days already used charged at the day-pass rate. After those seven days the notice above applies.
Every membership includes the main floor, the conditioning and turf area, the studio room whenever it is not timetabled, showers, changing rooms, filtered water and on-site parking. It includes two guest entries on the twelve-month rate and none on any other rate. Classes are not included on any rate, and none is sold as one.
Entry is set up on the app or on a pass code at the gate before you leave the desk, so the first visit has no queue and no induction to sit through. Bring a padlock and a towel; the desk does not lend either, and nothing else is required to walk in and train.
Three ways in
One entry, the quiet hours, or the rate that opens the whole day. Every card carries its joining fee, its notice period and what a freeze costs.

Pass / One entry / Any open hour / S$18
Join at the desk inside fourteen days of a pass and S$8 of it comes off your first month; a week pass carries the same credit. It is given at the desk rather than in the app, because the joining date has to be checked against the entry record.

Membership / Monthly / Off-peak window / S$59 a month
Weekdays 10:00–16:30 and Saturdays 07:00–10:00, on a rolling month with thirty days’ notice. Sundays and public holidays are anytime-rate only. Eight racks and six platforms at the quietest hours is close to a floor of your own, which is the whole point of the cheaper band.

Membership / Monthly / Every open hour / S$79 a month
Thirty days’ notice counted from the day you tell the desk, a S$12 freeze for up to two months a year, two guest entries on the twelve-month rate, and your rate held while a freeze runs. No window and no top-ups, so nothing at the gate depends on what time it is.
Turn up for a tour without booking. The joining fee is waived if you sign on the day you take it, so the tour is worth doing before you decide anything.
S$18 for one entry of up to six hours, at any open hour. S$8 of it comes off the first month if you join at the desk within fourteen days.
A duration and a window, with the price, the joining fee and the notice period printed on the row you buy rather than agreed at the counter.
Monthly rates freeze for S$12 a month; the twelve-month rate includes four weeks. Cancelling monthly access takes thirty days’ notice, counted from the day you tell us.
Three questions the desk is asked
Each answer below is already a printed term, so nothing here is decided at the counter after you have paid.
Then the off-peak rate is not for you: that window is 10:00–16:30 on weekdays and the early Saturday morning. Take the anytime rate, or buy a day pass for an evening first and find out what the floor feels like at 19:00 before committing to anything longer.
Ask about the anytime rateA day pass is one entry of up to six hours at any open hour, and no tour is needed to buy one. If you then join at the desk within fourteen days, S$8 of the pass comes off your first month — the credit is manual and at the desk, not automatic online.
Ask about a day passMonthly rates freeze for S$12 a month, twice a year; the twelve-month rate includes four weeks at no cost. Tell the desk or the duty number before the month you need, and your rate is held while you are away rather than lapsing.
Ask about a freezeMember perspective
“I joined on the day of the tour, so the joining fee came off, and the day pass I had already bought came off the first month as well.”
Off-peak monthly, joined at the desk after a day pass · sample story
Sample story. Not a real customer review. Before you join
Yes, by rate and by record. The gate knows which credential came through and when, so an off-peak entry outside the window is visible. It is charged as a top-up for that visit rather than a fine, and if it becomes your normal pattern the desk will offer you the anytime rate instead of topping you up every week.
The visit is topped up at the desk at the difference between the two rates — not a penalty charge and not a lost membership. One entry, one top-up, whatever time you leave.
No: it is a fee, not a deposit, and it is charged once. It is waived in three situations — signing on the day of a tour, taking any six- or twelve-month rate, or rejoining the same day you leave a lower band. Ask for the waiver before you pay and it is applied at the desk.
Thirty days’ notice on the monthly rates, counted from the day you tell us. Freezing costs S$12 a month on a monthly rate, up to two months a year, and is included for four weeks on the twelve-month rate. Do not cancel the payment to leave — that is a failed payment and it ends your access before it ends the commitment.
A padlock, yes — bring your own; the desk does not lend them. An induction, no: none is required and none is sold. If you want a walk-through of the floor on your first visit, the staffed hours above cover it and it is free.
Yes, if you join at the desk within fourteen days: S$8 of the pass comes off your first month. A week pass carries the same credit. The credit is given at the desk rather than in the app, because the pass has to be checked against the joining date.
Walk in, or ask first
The floor is open 06:00–23:00 on weekdays and 07:00–21:00 on Saturday, at 12 Example Road, #02-01 — above the market, side-door entry. Turn up for a tour without booking: the desk will walk you round and tell you which window your own training actually falls in. Passes are sold at the desk and in the app; a membership starts the day you join.
Concept only. Nothing is sent or booked.
