Personal training & assessment · Singapore

Assessed first.
Then a block.

Every block starts with a paid assessment that produces a written starting point, and every block states its per-session rate, its validity and the date of its review before you buy it.

The coaching week

Which hours
cost what.

Sessions are booked into the windows below. An off-peak block is booked off-peak, so the rate follows the clock rather than the calendar — which is why the window is stated here and not left to the first invoice.

Concept hours. Windows move with the coach’s roster and with studio availability; the current windows and the rate that applies to each are confirmed when you book.

Public holiday— peak rate only08:00 – 17:00

A block books up to three sessions a week, which is what makes a session count schedulable rather than aspirational. Peak and off-peak are rates, not bans: a peak block books any window, an off-peak block books the left-hand column, and a peak booking made on an off-peak rate is a top-up for that visit — priced at the desk, on the row you bought, never as a penalty.

Which coach, at which rate

Three tiers,
priced separately.

The rate follows the coach you book, not the exercise. Every quote names the tier it is for, and each tier rests on a certificate and an insurance policy we show you at the assessment rather than a job title on a page.

TIER 1

Foundation coach

Works with people starting from nothing: the first block, the technique and the habit. The shortest gap between sessions and the most repetition.

TIER 2

Performance coach

Load, progression and a plan written in phases, for someone who already trains and wants the numbers moved rather than a habit made.

TIER 3

Specialist coach

Works with a stated specialism, such as programming alongside your physiotherapist or a sport-specific block. The specialism is named per coach.

INSURED

What we hold, in writing

Every coach on this floor holds a recognised personal-training certificate and renewed first aid, and the studio carries public liability cover for sessions in the room and in a client’s home. The certificate and the policy are in the office and we hand them over at the assessment — the tier you pay for should be a document, not a job title.

ONE COACH PER BLOCK

You book a person

One coach programmes, takes and reviews the block, so the assessment and the week-four review are read by the person who wrote them. A block bought at tier 1 is not quietly handed to a different tier.

Nadia Rahman runs the floor: eleven years coaching, a personal-training certificate renewed in 2026, first aid renewed in January 2026, and public liability cover held in the studio’s name.
HAND-OFF

Pain is not our remit

Sharp pain, a recent injury, surgery, or a condition your doctor is managing: we work alongside your doctor or physiotherapist and we do not diagnose or treat. Bring what you have been told in writing, and it changes the plan rather than whether you can start.

Rates, by block and window

What a session
costs, and until when.

Every row below carries the per-session rate, the validity of the block and what the assessment does to the price. A block total on its own cannot be compared to anything, including to a single session.

Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Each figure assumes a 60-minute session, one coach at the stated tier, one location, and a block paid before the first session. It excludes sessions beyond the block, travel outside the stated zone, equipment you buy yourself, and an assessment taken again after six months. The peak and off-peak figures are the windows in the coaching week above. Confirm the current rates, the validity of a block and the cancellation window with the coach.

What moves the figure: the tier, the window, the size of the block, and whether the session is at the studio or your place. What is deliberately not charged: no membership, no joining fee, no admin fee, no fee for moving a session inside the notice window, and no second charge for the assessment — it is credited against the block. Prices are per person and inclusive of tax.

The terms, in plain words

What people ask
before they pay.

Three ways a block is bought

What a block costs to run,
and until when.

Assessment, studio block, home block. The per-session rate, the validity and the review point sit on every row, so a block total never has to be taken on trust.

ASSESSMENT / 90 MIN / S$130 / CREDITED TO THE BLOCK

The assessment, sold on its own

Assessment / 90 minutes / One to one / Written output

What the written output contains

A baseline you can re-test: a sit-to-stand, a loaded carry, a hinge and an overhead reach, with the numbers on them. Then the outline of the first block — sessions a week, which days, and what the week-four review is going to compare.

BLOCK OF 12 / TIER 2 / VALID 14 WEEKS

Twelve sessions in fourteen weeks

Block / 12 sessions / Studio / S$100 a session off-peak

How this block was written

A client back to training after two years at a desk, with a stiff lower back and no pain at rest. The assessment sets the baseline, then twelve sessions over fourteen weeks: three a week in the first month, two in the busier ones. The review is booked at week four as its own session, and the renewal rate was printed on the row that was bought.

BLOCK OF 8 / AT YOUR HOME / VALID 10 WEEKS

Eight sessions at your place

Block / 8 sessions / Home / From S$840

What the home block changes

Nothing about the programme, and two things about the logistics: the equipment is whatever the room already holds plus what the coach carries in, and travel inside zone 1 sits inside the session rate. Outside the zone the extra is a line on the block, quoted per visit.

Assessment, block, review, renew.

  1. 1 · Assessment

Ninety minutes that end with a written starting point and a plan you keep, whether or not you buy a block.

  2. 2 · Block

The size you buy, the per-session rate, the validity and the booking cap are all on the row you are looking at — not in a document you sign later.

  3. 3 · Review at week four

A booked session, not a promise: what has changed since the baseline is written down and read back to you.

  4. 4 · Renew

The next block is quoted at the renewal rate on the same page, so the second purchase is known before the first one ends.

Where are you now?

Four starting points,
one first step.

Pick the closest description. The first booking is the assessment either way; what changes is who you are matched with and what the first block concentrates on.

Never trained with a coach

Start with the assessment and a tier-1 coach. Ask for the eight-session block first: the review falls at week four, so you find out what coaching is worth to you with ten weeks of runway still on the block.

Book the assessment
An old injury or a medical restriction

Tell us what your doctor or physiotherapist has advised and bring it in writing. We work alongside them, we do not diagnose or treat, and if a coaching block is the wrong tool for what you have, we say so and hand the work over rather than sell the block.

Discuss a supported start
Returning after a long break

The assessment normally sets a lower baseline than you expect, and the first block is written to hold three sessions a week without a week lost to soreness. The week-four review is where the baseline gets read back — that is the number to compare against, not last year’s memory of it.

Discuss a return to training
Training for a date you have named

Say the date. We will not promise a weight or a number by it; we will state what the block can cover in the time available and what it cannot, and the review at week four is where that answer gets evidence rather than adjectives.

Discuss a dated block

Client perspective

“They credited the assessment, put the review in the diary at week four, and told me at the start what the block would not fix.”

Before you pay

Questions that decide
the block.

How long does a block last?

Ten weeks for eight sessions, fourteen weeks for twelve, six months for twenty-four — printed on the row you buy, counted from your first paid session. A block that finishes unbooked is not refunded, which is why the validity is stated before the price rather than after it.

What if I travel, get ill, or slow down?

A documented illness or injury pauses the block for the length your doctor or physiotherapist states and extends the validity by the same period, at no charge. Travel is what the runway is for: fourteen weeks is deliberate, and it is the number to check against your diary before you choose the twelve-session block.

What happens if I miss a session?

Move it more than twenty-four hours ahead and it returns to the block at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours it is used. That is the whole rule, and it is the reason a block is not sold as a discount on twenty-four casual bookings.

Is the assessment refunded if I do not continue?

No: it is a session you had, with a written output you keep. If you do continue, its full fee comes off the first block, so a client who carries on pays for the block rather than for two separate purchases.

Can I change tier, or share the block?

Upgrading a tier mid-block is charged pro rata on the remaining sessions. Downgrading waits until the next block, because the rate you bought is held for the block’s stated validity. Sessions are not transferred or shared between people, and buddy blocks are sold as two blocks for exactly that reason.

What if my coach is unavailable?

The session is moved at no cost, or another coach you agree to takes it — the choice is yours, not ours. The block is extended by any time lost on our side, so a session you paid for is a session you get.
