Three tiers, the same labels
The tiers are the same celebration at three depths, so every row below appears under each one in the same order. Read down a column and you have bought it.
| Line | Tier 01 · Table | Tier 02 · Room | Tier 03 · Full venue |
|---|---|---|---|
| From Illustrative figure | S$1,800 | S$4,200 | S$8,500 |
| Duration | 3 hours | 4 hours | 5 hours |
| Setup before | 30 minutes | 1 hour | 2 hours, and decorator access opens with it |
| Guests included | Up to 20 | Up to 50 | Up to 100 |
| Each additional guest | S$38 per guest | S$42 per guest | S$45 per guest |
| Included styling | Table linen, one centrepiece per table, tableware in one palette | Table styling, one arrangement, a welcome sign | Room styling, two arrangements, a backdrop, signage and a cake table |
| Included facilities | Tables, chairs, glassware, a sound system and one microphone | As Tier 01, plus a fridge and a service counter | As Tier 02, plus the whole space, a stage area and a projector |
| Crew on the day | 2 people | 3 people | 5 people |
| Deposit to hold the date | 25% | 25% | 25% |
| Best for | A long lunch or a small milestone | A birthday or an anniversary dinner | A full buyout, a solemnisation lunch or a large milestone |
Moving the date is free where the calendar allows it, and the deposit carries across once, to a date within 90 days. Cancelling more than 30 days out returns half the deposit; inside 30 days the deposit is not refundable, because the date cannot be re-sold at short notice.
Money in this block is illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Decor you bring in is your supplier’s responsibility, and anything fixed to a wall or ceiling is agreed with the venue first.
The countdown
Celebrations are usually decided late, so the payment moments and the headcount deadline sit in the same list as the date.
The tier is chosen and the date is held with the deposit. Output: a written scope naming the tier, the duration, the guest allowance and the styling included.
Styling agreed, including anything that has to be ordered. Output: an add-on list with a price against each item, and the balance it creates.
Catering or menu decided, and the timing of the celebration written down. Output: a run order, shared with anyone setting up.
Second payment of 25%. Output: a receipt and a statement of what remains outstanding.
The guest count confirmed as the number we staff, order and charge against. Output: the confirmed headcount in writing, and its effect on the invoice.
Setup inside the tier’s window, the celebration run to the run order, and the balance settled. Output: a final invoice that matches the scope and the add-on list.
Pack-down and a walk-round with the host. Output: any damage or extra-cleaning item stated in writing before the security deposit is released.
| Occasion | Usually needs | What decides it |
|---|---|---|
| Birthday, 20 to 50 guests | 4 to 6 weeks | The date itself, and whether a specific tier is wanted for it |
| Milestone or anniversary dinner, 50 to 100 guests | 6 to 10 weeks | The catering choice, and any styling that has to be ordered |
| Solemnisation or full buyout | 3 months and up | Officiant timing, the layout, and whether the whole space is taken |
| Baby milestone or full-month celebration | 3 to 6 weeks | The guest count, which settles late, and the seating it needs |
A date inside the shorter window is not impossible. It means fewer options, less say in the styling, and a crew arranged around what is left.
Occasions we take
Each occasion below is a scope with its own guest band, layout and lead time. Say which one it is and the enquiry starts in the right place.
Children’s parties and adult birthdays, from 20 to 100 guests, with the layout settled before the styling is chosen.
Discuss a birthday ↗MilestoneA seated dinner for a birthday, an anniversary or a retirement, with the timing of the evening written into a run order.
Discuss a dinner ↗BabyFull-month and first-year gatherings, where the guest count settles late and the layout has to absorb it.
Discuss a milestone ↗SolemnisationA ceremony and a lunch in one room, with the ceremony timing and the changeover stated in the run order.
Discuss a ceremony ↗| Layout | Guests | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Seated at rounds | Up to 60 | The layout for a dinner; the comfortable number is 45 to 55 |
| Buffet with standing tables | Up to 70 | Needs a queue line that does not cross the serving area |
| Standing | Up to 100 | Suits a reception or a cake cutting, not a meal |
| Rows, no tables | Up to 80 | Used for a solemnisation or a short presentation |
Money in this list is illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation, and each item appears as its own line on the written quotation.
Where the celebration happens at a venue you booked yourself, its access hours, house rules and cleaning charges apply, and confirming them is yours to do.
At your headcount
A tier figure is a starting point, not the bill. These are the per-head bands and the scaling rules that decide the figure at your guest count.
| Occasion | Per guest | Comfortable number |
|---|---|---|
| Birthday, afternoon | S$28 to S$45 | 30 to 60 guests |
| Birthday or anniversary, evening | S$42 to S$65 | 40 to 80 guests |
| Milestone seated dinner | S$55 to S$85 | 45 to 60 seated |
| Baby milestone, daytime | S$25 to S$38 | 30 to 70 guests |
| Solemnisation and lunch | S$60 to S$95 | 40 to 60 seated |
| Item | Rate | How it is charged |
|---|---|---|
| Each additional guest | S$30 to S$55 | Per guest beyond the tier’s included number, at the rate for the occasion |
| Additional hour | S$350 to S$500 | Per hour beyond the tier’s duration, agreed before the day |
| Styling beyond the tier | From S$180 | Per arrangement, backdrop or themed set, quoted from a reference |
| Catering upgrade | From S$12 per guest | Per guest, per upgrade, stated against the catering basis |
| Weekend and December dates | From S$400 | Per booking, added to the tier figure rather than buried in a per-head rate |
These guest-count terms are the operator’s own, and they are restated in the written confirmation when the date is held.
Nothing here is a quotation. The quotation states the tier figure, every add-on, the guest-count rate and the deposit schedule for your date.
Three celebrations, as they were scoped
Each card names the occasion, the venue type, the guest count and the tier bought — the four facts that decide the invoice.

A seated dinner with the themed backdrop and one additional hour priced as their own lines, and the guest count confirmed seven days out.

A daytime booking with one catering upgrade per guest, the setup window agreed with the venue, and the room reset in the tier’s four hours.

The ceremony changeover written into the run order, so the room was turned between the solemnisation and the lunch without the guests waiting in the corridor.
84 guests, a seated dinner in Tier 02, one additional hour, a themed backdrop and decorator access two hours before. The quotation names the tier figure, the per-head rate beyond the 50 included guests, each add-on as its own line, the deposit schedule and the guest-count deadline.
Who runs your celebration
The person you meet is the person on the floor. What the business holds, and what it does not, is stated the same way.
One name on the scope, on the run order and on the floor. If the host changes, you are told in writing and introduced to the replacement before the date.
The host is named on the quotation, with the celebrations they have run here and the languages they work in.The business registration number is printed on the quotation, with the food-safety or liquor licence that applies to the space we propose, who holds it, and the insurance the venue requires. Where a certificate exists it is shown as a document with a number on it, not as a badge on a web page.
Where an occasion needs an officiant, a permit or a building approval, we say plainly whose name it has to be in — it is not ours to hold.
No certification, licence or accreditation claim is made here.A seated dinner for 60 runs with three people: one hosting, one on setup and clearing, one on the door and the timing. The crew number scales with the guest count and is written on the scope, not decided on the day.
Setup opens with the tier’s window, or earlier where you are bringing your own decorator and the calendar allows it.
A Table tier date runs with three crew from two hours before the first guest; Room and Full venue dates run with five crew from three hours before. Both numbers are printed on the written confirmation.Five stages, five deliverables
Most celebrations are described up to the deposit and no further. Delivery is where a fixed scope either holds or does not, so here it is in order.
The tier, the duration, the included guest number and the styling in it, in writing. Deliverable: the scope document, before any payment is made.
The deposit clears and the date stops being offered to anyone else. Deliverable: a dated confirmation and the payment schedule.
Add-ons chosen with a price against each, and the timing of the celebration written down. Deliverable: the add-on list and the run order.
Setup inside the window, the celebration run to the run order, and the host on the floor. Deliverable: the walk-round with you before the first guest arrives.
Pack-down, then a walk-round with the host. Anything damaged or needing extra cleaning is listed in writing and the security deposit is released less those items. Deliverable: a written handover note and the final invoice.
Send the occasion, the month and an approximate guest count. The tier follows the guest count and the layout, so those three start the conversation.
Start with the occasionTell us the date and we will say whether it is free and which tier fits it. The date is held by the deposit, not by the enquiry.
Ask about the dateWe bring the styling, the run order and the crew to your venue and work to its access hours and house rules. Tell us what the venue allows before the styling is chosen.

Tier 02 birthday dinner · sample story
Sample story. Not a real customer review. The questions that decide it
Duration, the number of guests included, the styling that comes with it, the facilities and the crew. The labels are the same under each tier on purpose, so the difference is the value in the row rather than a different description. Anything outside the tier is priced as an add-on and listed separately.
The deposit is 25% of the tier figure and it is applied to your total. The date stops being offered to anyone else when it clears. Move the date and the deposit carries across once, to a date within 90 days, where the calendar allows it. Cancel more than 30 days out and half of it is returned; inside 30 days it is not refundable, because the date cannot be re-sold at short notice.
Everyone in the room counts, including children and guests who are not eating, because seating, tableware and cleaning follow the room. The confirmed count is due seven days out and becomes the number we staff, order and charge against. Guests added after that are possible where the layout allows, at the per-head rate plus the additional-guest rate. Reducing the count inside the last seven days does not reduce the invoice.
Yes, where the venue and its rules allow it, and the charges of your own suppliers are yours. Your decorator gets access with the tier’s setup window. Anything fixed to a wall or ceiling is agreed with the venue first, and we say so before the styling is chosen rather than on the day.
Four to six weeks is workable for a birthday, six to ten weeks for a seated milestone dinner, and three months or more for a solemnisation or a full buyout. Weekend evenings and December are held first. A date inside the shorter window is not impossible; it means fewer options and less say in the styling.
The 10% service charge, the S$120 cleaning charge, the refundable S$500 security deposit, the card processing fee if you pay by card, any styling beyond the tier, additional hours, guest counts above the allowance, and the charges of any supplier you bring in. Each one is a line on the quotation, not a surprise on the day.
Start with the date
Send the occasion, the date and an approximate guest count. What comes back is a written scope for the tier that fits, with the deposit schedule and the guest-count deadline on it.
The date is held by the deposit, not by this message, and we will say so plainly if another enquiry is asking about the same date. The scope names what is inside the tier, what is an add-on, and what gets added on top.
Concept only. Nothing is sent or booked.
The deposit is applied to your total. Half of it is returned where you cancel more than 30 days out, and it carries across to a new date within 90 days where the calendar allows it.
