CONCEPT SERVICE NOTES

Hatch + sedan · maintenance wash and cabin · 4 hours on site
Two cars in the same car park on the same morning: one trip, one setup, and the second car quoted without a travel charge.
The two cars were in adjacent lots under the same deck, and the water point served both. The second car was priced as an additional car at the address rather than as a second call-out, which is the reason we ask for the postal district and the car park type before holding a slot.

Compact SUV · wheels, arches and lower panels · 3 hours on site
Bonded brake dust and road film sit below the door line, which is exactly where a wash-only visit stops.
Iron remover is worked one wheel at a time and left to react; the arches are cleaned standing, because this car park had no room for a jack. The same work runs shorter or longer depending on the site, so the band is set by the car and the site is confirmed before the slot is held.

Seven-seater · cabin and boot, mould and odour · half a day on site
Rain, closed windows and a school run: the cabin, not the paint, is what the owner can actually smell.
Surfaces lifted and cleaned, seats shampooed and extracted, the boot floor left open to dry, and the air conditioning run on recirculated heat with the doors shut. The mould was on the third-row belt webbing, which was quoted as its own line rather than folded into the band.

The location is part of the detail
Before a mobile visit, we plan the space as carefully as the service.

What a visit costs
Mobile work runs the same ladder as a workshop, with one honest difference: no lift, no booth, and no multi-day correction. Every number below is for one car at one address.
Bands come from the car, not the badge. S is a hatch or compact up to 4.4 m. M is a sedan, wagon or mid-size SUV to 4.8 m. L is a seven-seater, MPV or full-size SUV over 4.8 m. A car carrying heavy pet hair, smoke damage or paint that has been repainted in places is quoted after a look rather than from the band — and we say so before the visit, not after it.
| Stage | What it will, and will not, fix | S | M | L |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maintenance wash · 2–3 hours | Keeps a protected car clean. Does not correct paint. | S$90 | S$110 | S$130 |
| Inside & out · 3–4 hours | Wash, interior vacuum, glass and surfaces. Not paint correction. | S$150 | S$180 | S$210 |
| Decontamination & polish · half a day | Bonded contamination and light swirls. Not deep scratches. | S$320 | S$380 | S$440 |
| Correction · full day | One machine stage where the light allows. Deep defects belong in a workshop. | S$580 | S$680 | S$780 |
| Pre-sale preparation · 3–4 hours | The surfaces a buyer's inspection actually checks. It does not repair the damage that inspection finds. | S$180 | S$220 | S$260 |
| Monsoon reset · half a day | Cabin and boot after weeks of rain: mould, odour and damp trim. Not a paint correction. | S$240 | S$290 | S$340 |
| Haze-season cabin · 2 hours | Cabin filter, glass and touch surfaces while the air is poor. Paint is not in this stage. | S$120 | S$140 | S$160 |
Bringing our own water carries a S$30 supply charge; most landed and condo car parks have a tap we can use with permission. Two cars at one address share the call-out.
Check your car parkThe written scope
A mobile visit is a smaller room than a workshop. Saying so before the booking is the reason the result matches the expectation.
Check a scope with usWhat a mobile visit cannot do: no lift, so wheels come off only where the site allows it; no controlled lighting, so finishing is judged in daylight; no indoor bay, so anything that needs to cure belongs in the workshop.
Where we come, and what we need
A mobile service is a route, not a promise to reach everywhere. This is the coverage rule, the travel charge and what the visit needs from you.
What a mobile visit cannot do: no lift, no controlled lighting booth, and nothing that must cure overnight in an open car park. Those jobs belong in the studio, and we will say so rather than take the booking.
Before we arrive
Two minutes of preparation on your side decides whether the visit runs to time.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| A power point within reach | For the polisher and the vacuum; a socket on the ground floor is ideal |
| A water point | A tap with a hose thread — or we bring our own supply for a stated charge |
| One and a half car lengths of space | Room to open doors, walk around the car and set equipment down |
| Covered or shaded parking | Wash and polish in direct sun dry too fast to finish evenly |
| Keys, or someone present | Where the interior is in scope, or where the car has to be moved |
Where we travel: anywhere in Singapore, with the first 8 km from the workshop included. Sentosa, Tuas and the far north-east carry a distance charge quoted before you book.
If it rains
Singapore weather is not a reason for either side to lose money over a booking.

Client perspective
“Having the care come to us made the whole day easier. The finish still got the attention it deserved.”
Mobile detailing · sample story
Sample story. Not a real customer review.Planning a mobile visit
Not every one, and it is cheaper for both of us if we say no before the visit. We need permission to work, shelter from direct sun, and about one and a half car lengths beside the car. Send the car park type with the enquiry and we confirm the site before a slot is held.
A tap within one hose length covers a wash and a decontamination. Where there is none we bring our own water for the S$30 supply charge. The polisher and the vacuum need one live power point — a ground-floor socket, a common-area outlet, or a 13-amp supply from the unit. A wash and an interior vacuum on their own need no power at all.
Under cover, a shower changes nothing. Where the site is exposed and the forecast is against us, the visit moves to the next slot on the round at no charge, and the work already finished is billed at the stage rate. In direct sun above about 32°C a polish dries too fast to finish evenly, so we work in shade or move the visit.
2–3 hours for a maintenance wash, 3–4 for a wash and cabin, half a day for a decontamination and polish, a full day for a machine correction. The arrival window is two hours wide and is confirmed the evening before, with the name of the person attending.
