What we actually do

Three treatments,
not thirty.

A short menu is easier to keep honest. Each treatment below states its length, what it includes and what it costs before you book it.

What a visit looks like

Three ways
the work happens.

Consultation, single treatment, planned course. The length and the scope are stated on each one.

CONSULTATION / 30 MIN / NO CHARGE

Read first, treat second

Consultation / Skin reading / Written plan

What the consultation produces ↗

Half an hour with the therapist who will do the work: what your skin is doing now, what you have already tried, what has irritated it, and a written plan with a price on it before anything is booked.

The signature facial

Cleanse / Exfoliation / Mask / Moisturiser

What happens in the hour ↗

Cleansing and a gentle exfoliation, extraction only where it is needed, a mask chosen for what your skin is doing that day, and moisturiser. Every step is explained as it happens, so the next visit is a shorter conversation.

COURSE / FOUR VISITS / TWO-WEEK INTERVALS

A course, and its endpoint

Course / Interval / Review point

How a course of four runs ↗

Congestion across the chin and jaw, worse after travel. The plan written on the day was a consultation, then four sessions a fortnight apart with home care between them, and a review at the fourth visit — before anyone proposed a fifth. Four visits, S$460.

Who does the work

You should know
whose hands these are.

Two therapists, both trained in extraction and sensitive skin. Whoever runs your consultation does your treatment.

Hana Lim

Lead therapist and owner. Advanced diploma in aesthetic practice, fifteen years in facial work, and the person who takes every first consultation and writes the plan.

Extraction / Sensitive skin / Course planning

Wei Qing Tan

Senior therapist, eight years in practice. Takes the acne-prone skins and the post-treatment routines, and keeps the notes that make your next visit shorter than the last.

Consultation, plan, then the work.

  1. Consultation

What your skin is doing now, what you have tried and what has irritated it.

  2. Agree a plan

Treatment type, the number of visits and the price, before anything begins.

  3. Treat and review

Session by session, with a stated review point rather than an open-ended course.

A clearer starting point

What is your
skin doing?

Pick the closest description and we will tell you what that concern usually takes here.

Breakouts and congestion

Extraction happens after a warm compress, in short passes, and stops when the skin has had enough. Most people leave a little pink for a few hours. The following week is a short routine, not a shelf of products.

Discuss a targeted treatment
Dullness and uneven texture

Brightening is built as a course rather than one stronger session: four visits a fortnight apart, the same therapist each time, and the review point agreed before the first one.

Discuss a course
Redness and sensitivity

Sensitive skin starts with a patch test and a short list of what we will not use. Consultation first, treatment second, and a gentler first session than the menu suggests.

A client’s view

“The plan had a number of sessions and an end date. That was the first time a facial studio told me when to stop.”

The honest questions

Before your
first visit.

Four answers we give in the consultation anyway.

How many sessions will I need?

One session can improve how skin looks for a few days. A concern such as congestion or uneven tone usually takes a course. We give you a number and a review point rather than an open-ended plan, and we say so at the fourth visit if the plan is not working.

What is included in the price?

The treatment time, the steps above, and any add-on are itemised on the price list. Products for home are quoted separately and never added to the treatment price without asking you first.

Who performs the treatment?

The therapist who runs your consultation does your treatment, and the same one runs the whole course where the diary allows. Both therapists’ training and specialities are named above.

Will I be asked to buy products?

Home care is part of the result, so we will recommend something. We will also tell you which two items matter, which are optional, and what the routine looks like if you would rather buy nothing at all.
