Wedding and portrait coverage sold by the hour. From S$2,200 for four hours and S$650 for a portrait sitting, with the second shooter, the travel and the delivery window written into the fee before a date is held.
THE DAY, COVERED / hours, people and delivery named
Three ways the hours are bought
What was bought, stated line by line.
PREPARATION / FIRST 3 HOURS / ONE LOCATION
Before anyone is in the room.
Included in the 7-hour band and above · one photographer
The dress, the flowers, the shoes and the light on the floor — the frames that set the day before the ceremony starts.
How the hours are counted ↗
The clock starts at the first frame, not on arrival: setting up and packing down are ours. Preparation is written into the band as a window, so a late start eats the morning rather than the ceremony.
ACTUAL-DAY COVERAGE / 9–10 HOURS / TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS
The dinner, and the room after it.
Saturday band S$5,300 · around 600 edited frames · 30 per cent holds the date
Two angles on the ceremony and the speeches, a second set of faces through the reception, and a gallery that includes the dance floor.
What the second photographer adds ↗
A second angle on the vows and the speeches, and coverage of a second preparation room when the day starts in two places at once. It is sold in 4-hour and 7-hour blocks on the same page as the bands — not per head per hour, and not as an upsell we argue for on the day.
PORTRAIT SITTING / 90 MINUTES / STUDIO
An hour and a half, on its own.
S$650 weekday · one backdrop and one outfit change · around 25 edited frames
Engagement, maternity, family or graduation — bought on its own, with the personal licence and the frame count in writing.
Credited against a wedding booking ↗
A sitting is credited in full against a wedding booking confirmed in writing within 60 days, so an engagement session ends up costing nothing extra when the date is booked.
Every commission above is priced before it is shot. The hours, the edited frame count, the deposit and the delivery window sit on one quotation, and anything added later is a written change order you accept first.
What a booking can be
Four things you can buy.
Actual-day coverage
One photographer or two, sold in hour bands with a stated image floor and a delivery window that is part of the fee.
Hours / Edited frames / Second photographer
Engagement & pre-wedding portraits
A sitting bought on its own or added to a wedding booking, with the location, the backdrops and the number of frames agreed first.
90 minutes / One or two locations / 25 frames
Portrait sitting
Maternity, family, graduation and personal portraits, sold by the sitting rather than by the print.
Studio or one location / Edited frames / Personal licence
The hour band is a planning decision, not a discount lever. These are the four bands we sell and what each one reaches.
4 hours
One location and one photographer: a getting-ready room and a ceremony, or a portrait sitting on its own. No dinner coverage.
7 hours
Two locations, still one photographer: preparation, ceremony, group photographs and the first part of the dinner.
9 to 10 hours
Two photographers, two preparations, the ceremony, the dinner and the dance floor, with two angles on the moments you cannot repeat.
What the second photographer adds
A second angle on the ceremony and the speeches, and a second set of faces during the reception. It is priced per 4 or 7 hours, not per head per hour.
THE KIT / TWO BODIES, ONE RUN SHEET
A band is chosen, not guessed: tell us the ceremony time, the dinner time and how many places the day moves between, and the band follows. If the day runs longer than the band you booked, extra hours are added at the printed rate with your agreement on the day.
Travel, stated as a rule
Travel inside Singapore is inside the fee, including a second location. A location that needs a ferry, a permit, a crossing to an island or an overnight stay is quoted as its own line before the date is held. We name the exceptions in the quotation rather than adding a travel invoice after the wedding.
Changing the booking
Hours can be added at any time — the fee is the difference at the printed hourly rate. Hours cannot be reduced below the band already booked once the date is held, because the date is what was reserved. Anything else — a second location, an album, an express gallery — is a written change order accepted before the work is done.
Lead time: most couples book nine to twelve months ahead, and six to nine months is the workable minimum for a weekend between May and December. A date is checked and answered in writing before anything is paid.
A weekend wedding is a different price from a weekday one, so both figures are printed beside every band. The deposit is shown as a percentage of the band, not of a total that has not been agreed yet.
Illustrative concept pricing, not a quotation. Each figure is a coverage fee for the band named, one location unless stated, with editing, a private gallery and the stated licence included; travel inside Singapore is included and anything needing a ferry, permit or overnight stay is a separate line. A second photographer, extra hours, an album, prints and an express gallery are priced in the add-on table below. Saturday and Sunday rates apply to public holidays. Confirm current rates with the studio.

Quoted as a line
What holds the date: 30 per cent of the band paid on booking, the balance four weeks before the wedding, both shown on the quotation. If the date moves, tell us in writing: the deposit moves with the date once, subject to availability, and a second move is priced as a new booking. The date is only reserved when the deposit is received — a checked date that has not been paid is not a hold.
The delivery window is part of the fee, not a favour. Every band carries the same two dates and the same window for corrections.
What
When
How it arrives
Preview selection
Within 72 hours of the wedding
A small set of finished frames you can send to family, licensed for personal sharing
Full gallery
Within 6 weeks of the wedding
A private online gallery with downloads enabled and the edited count stated against the band you bought
Licence
With the gallery
Personal printing, sharing and archiving, in writing; commercial use is a separate licence
Corrections window
7 days from delivery
Re-crops, a different frame from the same moment and retouching notes, flagged in writing
Album or prints
Quoted separately
Priced from your selection after the gallery lands, so nothing is bought before it is seen
Express
2 weeks instead of 6
Priced in the add-on table, agreed before the wedding, and it moves the whole gallery, not the preview
The gallery stays online for at least twelve months. After that, a copy is made available on request. If a shoot is delivered late for a reason on our side, that is stated in writing with a revised date rather than left to the inbox.
Rights, consent, limits
Who may use the photographs.
A wedding set gets used in three different ways — printed for the family, posted by the couple, and sometimes handed to a venue or a vendor. The quotation states which of those it covers, and which are quoted separately.
Personal printing, sharing and archiving by the couple and their families, in writing
The edited frame count stated against the band you booked
Delivery of the preview set inside 72 hours and the gallery inside six weeks
A seven-day window for re-crops and retouching notes after delivery
Our written agreement on how the images may be shown publicly, and a private gallery that stays online for at least twelve months
Quoted separately, or outside it
Commercial use — advertising, packaging, a paid campaign — needs its own licence
Images handed to a venue or a vendor for their own promotion, which needs our written agreement
Consent for photographs of guests, and any restriction you want placed on children in the set
Coverage beyond the hours booked, and any additional location or crew added on the day
Prints, albums and wall art, priced from your selection after the gallery lands
Footage or audio from a videographer working alongside us
The couple keeps the right to print and share everything personal; we keep the copyright and the right to show the work, and we say in writing whether that means the studio's portfolio, a feature or a vendor's page. A licence that has run out is renewed by a written term, not by silence, and we quote it before it lapses rather than after.
From a checked date to a delivered gallery
Six stages, each with an output.
1 · Date check
One date, no obligation. Output: a written answer on availability and both the weekday and weekend rate for the band you are considering.
2 · Booking and date hold
The band, the add-ons and the licence are listed on one page. Output: the signed summary and the deposit, which is what actually holds the date.
3 · Planning call and run sheet
Ceremony time, dinner time, the places the day moves between and the people who must be photographed. Output: a written run sheet naming the coverage window and the travel lines.
4 · The day
Coverage inside the booked band, with the hours actually shot logged. Output: the agreed coverage, plus a written note on the day if extra hours are added.
5 · Preview
A first set edited and out. Output: the preview selection inside 72 hours, licensed for personal sharing.
6 · Handover
The gallery checked against the booked frame count. Output: the full gallery, the licence in writing, and the seven-day window for corrections — anything you want re-cropped or re-edited is flagged in that window and corrected inside the fee.
“We knew the hourly rate, the deposit and the delivery date before we paid anything. On the day nobody was guessing what was covered.”

Before you pay a deposit
The money questions, answered first.
How does the deposit and the date hold work?+
The date is held when 30 per cent of the band is paid, and the balance is due four weeks before the wedding — both figures are printed on the quotation. If the date moves, tell us in writing as early as you can: the deposit moves with the date once, subject to availability. A second move is priced as a new booking, and a checked date that has not been paid is not a hold.
How many hours do we actually need?+
Count the ceremony time, the dinner time and how many places the day moves between. Four hours reaches a ceremony or a sitting; seven covers preparation through the start of the dinner; nine to ten with a second photographer covers the whole day including the dance floor. If the day runs longer than the band you booked, extra hours are added at the printed rate with your agreement on the day.
Why is a weekend rate higher than a weekday rate?+
Because we can only photograph one wedding a day, and weekend dates — and public holidays — fill first. Rather than add a peak-season surcharge to a single number, both rates are printed beside every band so you can see what the date itself costs. Weekday, off-peak and short-notice dates are the ones where the lower figure applies.
Do we need a second photographer?+
A second photographer adds a second angle on the ceremony and the speeches and a second set of faces during the reception, and it is the only way to cover two preparations at once. For a short ceremony-led day with one location, one photographer is usually enough — we will say so rather than sell the block. It is sold in 4-hour and 7-hour blocks, printed in the add-on table.
What about travel and a second location?+
Travel inside Singapore is inside the fee, including a second location. A location that needs a ferry, a permit, a crossing to an island or an overnight stay is quoted as its own line before the date is held, and named in the quotation so no travel invoice arrives afterwards.
When do we get the photographs, and what if we want an album?+
The preview set lands within 72 hours and the full gallery within six weeks, or two weeks if express delivery was bought before the wedding. Albums and prints are quoted after you have seen the gallery, priced from your selection; there is a seven-day window after delivery for re-crops and retouching notes.
Start with the date
Tell us the date. We will send the terms.
A date, a rough hour band and the number of places the day moves between is enough for a written answer — availability, both rates and what holds the date.
