Website cost guide · Singapore
How much does a website cost in Singapore?
The price depends less on the design than on four things: how many pages you need, who prepares the content, what the site has to do, and who looks after it after launch. Here is how each one moves the price, with Krawdex’s published prices as worked examples.

What moves the price
- Number of pages
- Home, services, work, about and contact cover most showcase websites in five pages. Each extra page adds design, content and checking work.
- Who prepares the content
- The more complete your introduction, service list and photographs, the less time goes into organising them. Writing or translating content from scratch is separate work.
- What the site has to do
- A showcase site that explains the business and leads to an enquiry costs least. Online booking, payments, member accounts, product management and system integrations each need their own scope.
- Who looks after it after launch
- With one-time delivery you manage the server after handover. A managed plan puts hosting, HTTPS and small content updates into an annual fee.
- Languages
- An English and Chinese site means doing each page’s content and checks a second time, so it is usually priced as an add-on.
Costs outside the website build
These are usually paid directly to third parties, whoever builds the site. When comparing quotes, check whether a price includes them.
- Domain
- Registration and yearly renewal. The domain should be registered in your name, in an account you control.
- Business email
- Addresses on your own domain, usually billed per user, monthly or yearly.
- Server or hosting
- A one-time website is deployed to your own server, and you pay the server charges directly.
- Third-party services
- Payment gateway fees, booking or ecommerce software and messaging services are charged at each provider’s rates.
Three years, side by side
The two showcase-website plans at current prices, in one table.
| Year one | Year two | Year three | Three-year total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Independent Website Package | S$690 + your server charges | Your server charges | Your server charges | S$690 + three years of server charges |
| Managed Website Package | S$568 | S$168 | S$168 | S$568 + S$168 + S$168 = S$904 |
This is a comparison at current prices, not a prepaid three-year plan or a price guarantee. Neither plan includes domain and email fees, optional additions, extra content updates, new pages or new features.
The managed plan costs less in year one and includes hosting and a monthly content update; one-time delivery gives you the full source code and control of the server. Which works out cheaper depends on your own server charges and on who will make changes after launch.
Compare the three website plansAdd-ons and separate charges

- Managed Website Package

Five questions to ask before you pay
- Whose name, and whose account, is the domain registered in?
- Do I receive the full source code, or only use of the site while I pay?
- How many revision rounds are included, and what does another round cost?
- Which changes after launch are included, and which need a new quote?
- What happens to the website and its content if I stop renewing?
Krawdex answers each of these in the questions on its package pages.
Questions
How much does a small business website cost in Singapore?
Krawdex’s Independent Website Package is S$690 one-time, with the source code deployed to your own server; server charges are separate. The Managed Website Package is S$568 for the first year, then S$168/year from year two. Both cover up to five responsive pages and one consolidated revision. Booking, ecommerce and other features are quoted by project scope.
What is usually not included in a website price?
Domain registration and renewal, business email, the server or hosting (for one-time delivery), third-party fees such as payment gateway charges, and writing or translating content. When comparing quotes, confirm who pays for each.
Is a managed website cheaper than one-time delivery?
At current prices the managed plan costs S$568 + S$168 + S$168 = S$904 over three years, including hosting and one content update per month. One-time delivery is S$690 plus your own server charges, and includes the full source code. This is a comparison at current prices, not a prepaid three-year plan or a price guarantee.
